Still waiting for the card to be issued after three months waiting. Customer service personnel are absolutely useless and just keep lying to me. Absolutely useless

Edit: Even on trustpilot they say things like that they have sent me an email. But that also turns out false.
I'm a customer for 7 months. During that time I've had a total waiting time with customer service of 2 months. Approximately 30% of the time that I've been a customer, I've been waiting for them to solve simple issues.
Which?
1. Delivering the debit card.
2. Changing my phone number (because I changed country).
Customer support seems to consist of agents saying sorry and wait until we come back to you, or senior agents that can't deal with ambiguity (deadly for a crypto business if you ask me). Glad I didn't invest more into this company.

DO NOT SIGN UP! Had over 5k of Crypto last night and this morning it’s GONE. I can’t do nothing with this app! All my transactions are GONE. I messaged support and no response! Other people are having the SAME ISSUE below me.

I love this app because customer support is top notch and is very user friendly.

Amazing Crypto experience. Literally the best.

I've only be in crypto for a couple of months but it's all thanks to this great app. It's super user friendly, easy to set up, the card rewards are excellent. I had some queries and contacted support who were in contact within the hour and stayed in contact the whole time we were messaging to sort my query. Easy to send money directly to the app with no fees via bank transfer. Their wider crypto.com ecosystem is great too, DeFi Wallet app and exchange online (app on the way apparently), NFT collections. There is a great crypto community over on Reddit and on Telegram, with members of support team online answering questions pretty much 24/7. Their native CRO coin is fairly stable and is definitely a grower long-term and there are plenty of passive income streams available to help grow your CRO.

I recently deposited Canadian funds to my account via etransfer. I was provided with a transaction ID to include in the message field which I did. It has been more than 24 hours and my funds are not in my account. My first transaction a month and a half ago went through within half hour. I've tried contacting support and no response so far. I've also tried using the app to contact support but nothing. I was just about to refer my team of investors to this app but not sure if I can.
As a follow up to crypto.com response below. I tried using the app to contact support. It does not work. I tried joining the telegram app. There is no support in the telegram group. I ended up getting spamed by a lot of people after joining the group. This is not a solution just a generic response.

So I’ve been purchasing a lot of crypto lately from different exchanges and for different prices. I had forgotten that I made a charge on crypto.com. It was my first purchase with crypto.com and it slipped my mind because I also use coinbase, coinbase pro, Robinhood, Webull, and bitseven to name a few. On my bank statement I saw a charge that said cro internet mlt, I didn’t know what it was because every time I see a charge on my account the companies name shows up like coinbase and Robinhood etc. I googled cro.mlt and it showed up as a conversion rate optimizer service, I for sure thought it was fraud. I called up my banks fraud department and they never told me it was crypto.com they just asked me if I purchase crypto currency and of course and I said yes, because I purchase crypto from different exchanges, but I had no idea what cro internet.mlt was and so I assumed it was fraud. anyways they gave me a credit, and then I realized I was not able to log into my crypto.com account. Yeah my mistake and I’m going to call my bank to reverse the credit, because It’s the right thing to do. I’m hoping I can get my account reactivated. I’ve heard great things about their Visa cards.
Update #1 I sent screen shots of the credit reversal being sent back to crypto.com account is still terminated.
Update #2 sent screen shots with bank letter showing that the claim was reversed and the money was sent back to crypto.com. Awaiting reply.
Update #3 so a representative named Desiree said that once I upload all of the proof showing that the chargeback was reversed, they would reinstate my account. Did that and now a different representative is telling me different. So Frustrated!!!

So as per all these reviews ,whatver amount I've deposited, and made some money ,I wont be getting back . All these bad reviews im sure its about some money, what if ill get over 100k $ . I think they will rob me? So they can just close the account like u never wont gained anything? Thanks for the reviews . So I wont get my hope up when my money grows. Ill try to withdraw all and close the account . Seems there is no trusted platform nowadays specially if you make big bucks
